The Role

We’re hiring a Sound & Lighting Tech to join our weekend show crew. You’ll run the booth for live performances—managing both light and sound cues, setting up before the show, and resetting afterward. Each shift is about 90 minutes.

No advanced tech background required—we’ll train you on the setup. We’re looking for folks who are reliable, communicative, and comfortable following cues in real time. This is a flexible contract role, with rotating shifts based on availability.

What You’ll Do

  • Run lights and sound cues during live improv shows
  • Set up the booth before curtain and reset after the show
  • Communicate with performers and staff to keep the show moving smoothly

You Might Be a Good Fit If:

  • You’ve worked a light or sound board before—or are a quick learner
  • You’re punctual, steady under pressure, and good at staying focused
  • You’re available for at least some Thursday–Sunday evening shifts
  • You like being part of a team and supporting live performance

Pay

  • $25 per show shift (approx. 90 minutes)
