Ahoy maties! Looking to deepen your character chops? Want to be the BEST pirate on the 7 seas? Sign up for our talk like a pirate day workshop! We will use pirate accents and characters to explore themes like straight absurd and build big but believable characters! Costumes encouraged but not required!
Whether you already love being onstage, or break into a cold sweat every time a group of people turns to look at you— storytelling is a learnable skill. This class is designed for seasoned improvisers, nervous public speakers, people in client-facing jobs, chronic over-explainers, people with incredible lives who don’t know how to talk about them yet, and anyone who secretly worries they’re fundamentally uncharismatic. In other words: everybody.
