Welcome to Gothic Romance, an improv show inspired by your favorite romance novels as well as Jane Eyre, Dracula, Wuthering Heights, and the darker side of Bridgerton. Directors Jennifer Bannister and Marissa Stubbe have concocted a delectable potion of romance, suspense and, of course, comedy.
“I’ve loved the delicious dark genre of Gothic Romance and I’m thrilled to bring it to the stage,” says co-director Jennifer Bannister. “I want the audience to be anguished about love!”
The talented cast of Gothic Romance will use suggestions from the audience to create an entirely new story every night. The show you see will be completely made up on the spot, never seen before, never to be seen again, disappearing mysteriously into the night, leaving your heart longing for more!
