I have been performing in front of audiences since an early age, but specifically doing improv for 26 years. I am a lifelong theatre artist, husband, and father of 3 beautiful boys. I am doing the marathon because I never took classes. I couldn’t afford them. My mother was a drama teacher for 35 years at the same school and taught me most of what I know about this art. She and I struggled through on her meek salary. If I stay alive and active on a stage for 47 hours in the name of helping kids that deserve what I couldn’t have as a child, then she will be more proud of me than she already is. I am doing this for the kids that will move forward with more than I had and create amazing things.
