- Norman ‘Norm’ Scott (He/Him) embarked on his improv journey in 2015, drawn to the art form’s liberating freedom of expression. After moving to Austin, he discovered The Hideout Theatre in 2022 and quickly became an integral part of the community. Norm’s passion for improv extends to directing, where he has helmed shows like Roll To Improvise. He has also pushed his own performance boundaries, participating in the demanding 48-hour improv marathon in 2024.
